I started at Renaissance Capital in April 2007, joining from Merrill Lynch and run the Derivatives Sales and Structuring business in collaboration with our joint venture partners Royal Bank of Scotland.

It’s a challenging but rewarding job with enormous potential; every day I have new problems to solve and new ideas to work with. There’s never a dull moment!
