I graduated from State University - Higher School of Economics and specialised in stock and investment markets. My financial background has helped me a lot, but of course when you start working in the real world there are always many more new skills to develop and concepts to understand.

I am a REPO Trader Assistant and my role involves daily reporting, trade booking and market analysis. I also work with Structured Products such as swap deals and TRS. I enjoy the environment here – everyone is very talented but also fun to work with. Where do I see myself if five years time? I have no idea, life moves so fast here – but it will definitely be something to do with Renaissance Capital.
