I chose investment banking as it is the most challenging and competitive field within the financial industry. Renaissance was the obvious choice as a dominant player in the Russian market.
I believe I was selected because I proved that I share Renaissance’s core values. My advice to anyone thinking of joining the Group would be to take any chance you get to talk to people from the business and choose the area which suits you best.

Being an investment banker is a time consuming job, so I really appreciate my spare time – which I love to spend with family and friends.
