I have been trading bonds and other fixed income instruments for the last 15 years. I have been with Renaissance for the last seven years, having previously worked at Troika Dialog and Credit Suisse.

My working day starts at 10am with a morning meeting to check the pulse of the market. I am in the center of informational flow that is coming from sales, traders, and research all day. We spend most of the day assessing the change in various asset classes and position against the client flow. Clients are our biggest asset after our people, so we have to make sure we add value wherever possible. I usually finish between 8pm and 9pm and am ready for a night’s client entertainment.
