The Business Support Group (BSG) provides expert resources to manage Renaissance Capital’s financial and operating infrastructure. It is also responsible for new product development and business initiatives, with a focus on revenue growth and cost containment.

Operating in the extremely dynamic nature of Renaissance Capital’s markets and ambitious growth strategy means that BSG is continually reviewing and upgrading the Firm’s financial, legal, IT, operational and risk capabilities.

The BSG includes: Human Resources, Finance, Treasury and Risk Management, Internal Audit and Control, Administration, HR, IT, Legal and Compliance, Operations and New Business, and Strategy, Communications and Investor Relations.
