On joining Renaissance as a graduate, you will begin your training in Front Office operations.
As a graduate you will join the Renaissance Academy, where you will receive extensive training in your chosen field. You will learn all about the work of the Group and how we provide services to clients. You will become acquainted with the company culture and ways of working. You will meet many, many people from across the Group, and you will come into regular contact with some of our most senior business leaders.
It is a business education unlike any other. We will expect you to excel and we will give you the training, the knowledge, the insight, the support and the contacts to ensure that you succeed.
