The Renaissance Academy offers many significant learning opportunities for all staff at all levels. Whether you need to refresh your financial knowledge, are becoming a manager for the first time, or are looking for a fresh career challenge – our Academy is a great resource.
For example, in Q3 2008, we are launching an online library – arguably the largest of its kind anywhere in the world. This content is open to all staff and provides the learner with information on all aspects of financial knowledge as well as tips and tools in ‘soft skill’ areas. This online product does not replace traditional classroom training, of which there is a substantial syllabus, but is a useful support and refresher to other learning experiences.
Finally, we are currently launching a management development programme for, and are also designing an executive development programme to build the required leadership competencies to develop businesses of the future. In addition, there are development programmes aimed at high performing staff looking to accelerate their career within the Renaissance Group.
