The Equity Product Group (EPG) is a leading provider of equity finance, derivatives, structured products and prime brokerage in Russia, Ukraine and throughout the CIS. The Group's objective is to provide seamless service for international and domestic clients through the efficient interaction of its five core units – Research, Equity Trading, International Sales, Domestic Sales, and Equity Finance.

Trading

Renaissance Capital is the market leader in volume for both ADRs [?] and local shares traded. The Firm was the first local brokerage to be registered on the London Stock Exchange. This first-mover advantage, combined with Renaissance Capital's participation on the Stock Exchange Trading System and our dominant position in the domestic market, provides the liquidity needed to support dramatic growth, with ADR trading volumes increasing by 223% in the first half of 2006, and domestic volumes by 206%. International and Domestic Sales

International and Domestic Sales efforts are managed in the Firm's Moscow, Kiev, London and New York offices. The team is evenly divided between domestic and international sales with both teams growing rapidly.
