The Human Resources team is responsible for recruiting, retaining and developing the talent on which our business thrives. Our performance assessment and development systems include intranet-based performance assessment tools, an expanded 360° feedback process, and leadership team initiatives aimed at instilling the principles of the Firm’s strategy throughout the management team.
