I am currently the Head of MIS Client Management. For me, a typical day includes a lot of internal meetings, as well as analytical work either for regular reports or ad hoc requests.
The qualities needed for this role include a strong decision-making ability, teamwork skills, accuracy and a target-oriented approach.
