Operations is the business management function of Renaissance Capital – designing and implementing the business processes and systems that ensure trades are completed and settled accurately and on time. As such Operations has an important role to play in preserving the firm’s reputation – both with clients and with regulatory authorities. Operations partners with Front Office areas and Information Technology to ensure that business flows smoothly and that clients have a good experience of transacting business through Renaissance Capital.
