I went to High School in Alaska and studied Communications at the University of Alaska South East before returning to Russia to begin my career in Human Resources for LUKOIL. I joined Renaissance Capital to specialise in recruitment and now have overall responsibility for graduate recruitment.

I’m involved with all aspects of the graduate programs and the Renaissance Academy, where training and development of both graduates and other new recruits takes place. Building relationships with the business is key to my role and an everyday part of life at Renaissance Capital.

I enjoy my job because the pace is fast and there are constant challenges, deadlines and new projects to work on – no two days are the same. I travel regularly to Kiev, London and New York and my role can involve anything from filming a promotional recruitment video to organising recruitment events and roadshows. I work in a team of six recruitment professionals, based in Moscow.
