I really enjoy being part of the Derivatives Product Control Group; it’s a new department in the Firm, and it’s been a very exciting process to build it from scratch. There have been endless possibilities to learn, with the added benefit of being involved in creating something of great value to Renaissance that has never existed before.

What I most like about Renaissance is the working environment – there is such a friendly and supportive culture and an emphasis on knowledge sharing. Because of the huge variety of different nationalities, backgrounds and experience within my team, we all learn things from each other and I value this greatly.

I was attracted to Renaissance because of its success in the emerging markets. I just wanted to be a part of that success and to learn from the best people in the industry. My goal is to become a leading specialist in my field and to help the company to achieve new goals.

I am very passionate about traveling and sport – whenever I have spare time I try to go somewhere I’ve never been before. And when the winter comes, I take my snowboard and hit the slopes to bring on an adrenaline rush – I feel like I’m on the top of the world there.
